Service

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Generated Content

You are responsible for prompts, references, uploaded materials, and how you use generated outputs. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them commercially.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Monalisa-1 to violate laws, infringe rights, create or distribute harmful content, attempt to bypass safety or security systems, overload the service, or interfere with other users.

Payments And Credits

Paid plans and credit packs are billed according to the selected offer. Credits may be consumed by generation tasks and may expire or be subject to plan limits. Refunds are handled according to the published refund policy or applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Monalisa-1, the site, interface, and underlying service technology remain owned by us or our licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the selected plan, you may use generated outputs as allowed by the product terms and applicable law.

Availability

AI generation can fail, take longer than expected, or produce imperfect outputs. We may limit, queue, retry, or reject tasks to protect service quality and safety.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monalisa-1 is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
